I mainly do short distances as well so the synthetic as early as possible will protect the engine under warm up since it'll barely get a chance to reach optimum temp. AND with it being a small engine, it'll be revving its tits off (although I try my best to give the engine an easy time, especially running in, sod keeping traffic flowing, my bikes run in is more important to me haha
